CabMantra offers cab booking (local and outstation), hotel reservations, tour packages, VIP darshan coordination, poojan services, event travel planning, and guide arrangements. Availability may vary by location, date, and external conditions.
A booking is confirmed only after direct communication and approval from the CabMantra team. You must share accurate name, phone number, pickup/drop details, and travel schedule. CabMantra is not responsible for issues caused by wrong or incomplete information.
Fares and package rates are shared clearly at booking time. Our pricing is transparent, but extras such as toll, parking, state tax, night charges, or special requests may apply. Payment terms — advance or full payment — follow our Payment Policy and the agreement discussed during booking.
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service type. Inform cancellations as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on timing, service category, and partner involvement (hotels, temples, etc.). Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers are expected to behave responsibly during travel and at partner properties. Damage to vehicles, hotel property, or partner assets due to negligence or misconduct may be charged to the customer. Illegal activity or inappropriate behaviour can lead to service cancellation without refund.
CabMantra works with drivers, hotels, and other partners to complete bookings. While we aim for reliable service, we are not directly responsible for partner delays, service quality, or conduct. We will support genuine concerns wherever reasonably possible.
CabMantra is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government orders, or other unforeseen events. Plans may need adjustment, and customers are expected to cooperate in such situations.
VIP darshan and poojan services depend on temple authorities and local management. CabMantra coordinates arrangements but cannot guarantee exact timing or priority access in every case, as rules vary by shrine and date.
Hotel bookings follow each property’s terms for check-in, check-out, cancellation, and refunds. CabMantra is not responsible for hotel service issues but will help with coordination where possible.
CabMantra operates as a travel coordination platform connecting customers with related services. We are not liable for direct or indirect loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage that may occur during a journey or while using arranged services.
Fake bookings, false information, or illegal use of the platform is strictly prohibited. CabMantra may suspend services and take appropriate action if misuse is identified.
