CabMantra follows a clear and secure payment process for cab bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, VIP darshan, poojan services, and event travel. The terms below apply to all bookings made through our platform. Refund-related matters are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Credit card or certain online gateway payments may include bank or convenience charges. These are set by payment providers and are borne by the customer. CabMantra does not control external transaction fees.
Verify the total amount — base fare, taxes, and extras — before paying. For cash, pay only the agreed amount. For online payments, ensure the transaction succeeds and keep proof for reference.
CabMantra is not responsible for failures or delays caused by banks, UPI systems, or third-party gateways. Report payment issues promptly for verification. Refunds, if applicable, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
