Payment Policy

Payment Modes

• CabMantra accepts UPI, bank transfer, cash, debit card, and credit card.
• Available options may vary by service type and booking location.
• Choose a valid payment method at the time of booking confirmation.

Payment Conditions

• An advance of roughly 20% to 30% of the total fare is required to confirm most bookings.
• At pickup or service start, about 50% to 60% is payable to the driver or authorized representative.
• The remaining balance should be cleared before final drop or service completion.
• Hotels, VIP darshan, poojan, or tour packages may require a higher advance based on partner requirements — this will be shared at booking time.
• CabMantra may delay or cancel services if agreed payment steps are not followed.

Taxes & Additional Charges

• Applicable GST is charged as per current government rules.
• GST may differ by service type — cab, hotel, or tour package.
• Extras such as toll, parking, state tax, driver allowance, or night charges may apply and will be communicated in advance where possible.

Credit Card & Online Payment Charges

Credit card or certain online gateway payments may include bank or convenience charges. These are set by payment providers and are borne by the customer. CabMantra does not control external transaction fees.

Payment Responsibility

Verify the total amount — base fare, taxes, and extras — before paying. For cash, pay only the agreed amount. For online payments, ensure the transaction succeeds and keep proof for reference.

Payment Issues & Disputes

CabMantra is not responsible for failures or delays caused by banks, UPI systems, or third-party gateways. Report payment issues promptly for verification. Refunds, if applicable, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CabMantra may update payment terms, charges, or accepted methods at any time without prior notice. Continued bookings mean you accept the updated policy.
