CabMantra aims to keep cancellations and refunds fair and transparent. This policy applies to cab bookings, hotel stays, tour packages, VIP darshan, poojan services, and event travel. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below. For payment-related rules, see our Payment Policy.
Please inform cancellations as early as possible by call or official WhatsApp communication. Last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges or may not qualify for any refund.
For cab bookings, early cancellations may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on driver assignment and trip status. Cancellations close to pickup time may incur cancellation charges.
If a cab is already dispatched or the driver has reached the pickup point, cancellation charges may apply and a refund may not be possible.
For outstation and long-distance journeys, advance payments are usually non-refundable once confirmed, especially when driver or route arrangements are already in place.
Hotel cancellations follow each property’s policy. CabMantra is not responsible for hotel deductions or non-refundable room conditions applied by the hotel.
VIP darshan and poojan bookings are usually non-refundable after confirmation because they depend on temple authorities and advance arrangements. Any refund depends on third-party approval.
Combined packages (cab, hotel, darshan, guide, etc.) may allow partial refunds depending on how much of the itinerary has already been arranged or used.
If you must cancel due to unavoidable personal reasons, CabMantra will try to suggest the best alternative, but refunds cannot be guaranteed in every case.
If CabMantra cannot deliver a confirmed service due to internal reasons, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Approved refunds may take a few working days based on payment method and banking timelines. Applicable transaction or service fees may be deducted where relevant.
No refund is provided for no-shows — when a customer does not arrive at the pickup location without prior cancellation notice.
Changes to date, time, or location depend on availability and may involve additional charges.
CabMantra reviews each cancellation request individually and makes the final decision based on service status and partner policies.
CabMantra is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Refunds in such cases depend on actual circumstances.
Many services involve independent partners whose policies may also affect whether a refund can be processed.
